CSS Online Training Program

After more than a decade of serving Texas charter boards and administrators, Charter School Success (CSS) is concluding its online training program.

Our top priority has always been delivering high-quality, compliant training for charter leaders. However, with the new TEA requirements now in effect, we are no longer able to offer the level of training necessary to meet those standards through our current platform.

What This Means

• CSS will no longer offer online board and administrator training bundles.
• Existing users may complete any courses already in their CSS account, but new registrations are closed.
• We encourage schools to explore trusted alternatives, including:
  • Local Education Service Centers (ESCs)
  • TASBO Online Learning Center
  • Texas Public Charter Schools Association (TPCSA)
  • TEA Charter School Resources – charterschools@tea.texas.gov | 512-463-9575
  • Lone Star Governance (through TEA)
  • Texas School Safety Center (TxSSC)
  • Texas Attorney General – Open Meetings Act & Public Information Act trainings

Beginning in 2026, CSS will launch a free, live webinar series designed for charter leaders and teams statewide. Sessions will focus on:
