For training a larger group, or for needs specific to your charter, we offer live, on-site training. Whether you’re looking for basics or require customized training to fit your unique charter school needs, we are ready and able to help with the training you need.

CANCELLATION POLICY
For Live Trainings: If you cannot attend your training, please email info@charterschoolsuccess.com. Up to one week (5 business days) prior to the training, you will receive full credit from your course to put toward another Charter School Success event. Cancellations between 2 and 4 business days in advance receive 50% credit to put toward another Charter School Success event. Cancellations after this time will not receive any credit. If you do not cancel and do not show to the training; you will still be responsible for payment. Refunds are not issued; only course credits.
For Webinars: No refunds or credits will be issued if an individual misses a webinar. Instead, they will be registered for the online course to receive the information and ability to obtain credit.
For Online Course Registrations: No refunds or credits will be issued if an individual wants to cancel an online course. All registrations are final for online courses, as the registrant has immediate access to the course upon registration.
