EDGAR 2: Expenditures – Allowable Cost and Procurement Online Course

Education Department General Administrative Regulations (EDGAR)  include specific guidance on the use and management of federal funds. Charters and districts must have written procedures for determining allowable cost of all expenditures made with federal funds.  Additionally, they are expected to have written procedures for the procurement of goods and services which reflect applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
