The Campus Improvement Plan (CIP), based on needs identified in the Comprehensive Needs Assessment (CNA), provides a roadmap to excellence for all students enrolled in your school. In this session, learn how to develop an effective campus plan that moves beyond compliance to include measurable objectives and clearly articulated strategies. Strategies, objectives, and the associated funding will be discussed. Charters will learn how the CIP directly ties to Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) and State Compensatory Education (SCE) compliance and planning. An effective plan will provide the framework that moves the school team toward the realization of its vision for all students.
Charter School Success (CSS) provides Continuing Education units for TEA and TASBO certification in conjunction with their ongoing professional guidelines.
