Leadership, Culture and Your Charter – Do you have strong leadership and culture evident in everyday operations? Is it evident to visitors, students and staff? How effective is your leadership? Warren Bennis said “Leadership is the capacity to translate vision into reality.” Is your leadership moving your charter’s vision to reality?
This session will provide techniques to assess your leadership effectiveness and enculturation of the mission and vision of the charter. We will reveal how strong leadership and culture can take the charter to great heights academically and financially. We will provide best practices in translating the culture into the policies, procedures and school communications. This session will touch on the role of leadership and culture in the Quality Framework and Campus Improvement Plans.
