At the completion of this course, attendees will have an overview of the financial management required in public charter schools of Texas. Financial Management consists of Accounting, Procurement, Cash Management, Budgeting, Reporting, Grant Management, and Compliance. This course will provide guidance on how all these pieces fit together. Tips on maintaining financial compliance on a daily basis will also be discussed.
