Hello and welcome to your Charter First Online Course!
THIS COURSE IS DIVIDED INTO 2 SECTIONS. PLEASE FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS TO COMPLETE YOUR COURSE.
1. Download the course documents found below. Have these on hand for the video for reference. You will only have access to them until you finish your course, so download them now.
2. Click on the Video Link below. This will open a new page that has the link to your course video. Be sure to download the video and view it in Adobe; it will not work in your browser.
3. Once you have completed the course video, click the “Check Your Understanding” section. This will load a short quiz. If you pass, a link will appear to print your certificate or you can print it from your email that is sent as well. If you do not pass, you can take the quiz again until you do.
