Step 1: Add new user

Preface: there are only a few required fields to add a new user.

Adding the user

1. Navigate to Users > Add New

2. Add the user details. The username must always be the same as the email address. You can leave the website field blank.
3. If you want to set a specific password for the user, click “Show password” and enter your selection.

4. If you would like an email sent to the user with the credentials, leave the “Send User Notification” checkbox checked.

5. Set the Role to “Customer”

6. Click “Add New User”

Updating the user

1. Search for the user you just created in the top-right corner of the users screen.

2. Click on the username to open their info
3. Update additional fields as needed (Position, Billing Info, etc)
4. Scroll down to the “Tags” area in the Memberium User Data and add the tag “222” (Membership – Standard).

5. Click “Update User” to save the changes.
