Adding courses to a user

Step 1: Locate the user

1. Navigate to Users

2. Search for the desired user in the upper right corner of the screen

3. Click on the username to open their profile


Step 2: Add the course / webinar

There are 2 ways to do this. The first way will sync the course / webinar access details between WordPress and InfusionSoft. The second way will only give course access in WordPress.

1. To provide access to a course or webinar and sync this info between systems, scroll down to the “Memberium User Data” area, and search for the course or webinar tag in the “Tags” field. Add the appropriate tag(s)

2. To provide access to a course or webinar only in WordPress, scroll down to the “User Enrolled in Courses” area, search for the course/webinar you want to give access to, and use the Arrow button to move it into the “Enrolled Courses” side.

3. Click the “Update User” button to save your changes.
