The Title I, Part A grant is one of the most well-know of the ESSA grants offered to qualifying public schools in the state of Texas. However, unless you have spent some time working with the Title I, Part A grant, you might be unfamiliar with how the grant can be used or how and when a new charter is able to participate in those formula grant funds. Join us for this webinar and gain some basic knowledge about access to the grant, the expected timeline for new charters, and basic guidelines for spending the funds. It is our hope that leaders of new schools will be able to begin thinking about how to develop your LEA’s Title I, Part A program and leaders of existing schools can better evaluate an existing Title I program.
