Course registrants will acquire knowledge to implement new policies and procedures regarding student safety and campus security as required by the 2019 Texas Legislature. This course will focus on the new legislative requirements for charter schools to create a Multi-hazard Emergency Operations Plans, to mount bleeding control stations, to conduct certain trainings, and to implement other requirements. The school lawyers presenting this webinar will walk through the new requirements including an eye toward both legal compliance and best practices.
