Federal Financial Drawdown Online Course

Maya Strong

When a Charter School receives a state or federal grant through The Texas Education Agency, the funds are expended and then reimbursed to the school through an expenditure reporting process. On a monthly and/or quarterly schedule the school should have a best practice in place for reviewing the costs associated with each program through various system reports, preparing the financial reporting and submitting the reimbursement request.

Please join Charter School Success for an overview covering your Federal Risk Rating and its impact on the federal draw process, Allowable Costs, and the steps to complete the regular federal draws on a monthly and/or quarterly basis. The webinar will close with identifying your TEA payment report to ensure your reimbursements have been received and recorded appropriately.
