This course will focus on the management of cash in a charter school business office. We will review the collection of cash to include proper receipting and documentation, and proper handling of disbursements as well as cash control processes. In this course, we will cover the basic review of a cash flow statement and discuss best practices on what to include in the charter’s Fiscal Manual.
